★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Game besteld, betaald, maar heb het niet ontvangen op mijn account.
De Customer Support is ook erg vaag en wanneer je via de chat iemand wil spreken om naar je probleem te kijken, staat er dat de chat het niet doet op dit moment en dat je een andere methode moet selecteren, maar die is er niet.
Ik raad het niemand aan om een game te kopen via Ubisoft, je krijgt meer problemen dan lol.

The Customer Support is also very vague and when you want to speak to someone via chat to look into your problem it says that the chat is not working at the moment and that you have to select another method but there is none.
I don't recommend anyone to buy a game through Ubisoft, you will get more problems than fun.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ zojuist 60 euro betaald voor een transactie die zogenaamd niet bestaat, niks ontvangen maar ubisoft is er lachend vandoor met mijn 60 euro. overal waar ik kijk nergens is contact mogelijk, alleen een bericht functie die zeer waarschijnlijk nooit word gebruikt. en dit nog wel voor een miljoenen bedrijf DIEP TRIEST
just paid 60 euros for a transaction that supposedly does not exist, received nothing but ubisoft ran away laughing with my 60 euros. everywhere I look there is no contact possible, just a message function that is most likely never used. and this for a million-dollar company DEEPLY SAD

Costumer service is not great either.
