β β β β β Complete SCAMMERS, MAKING UP FAKE REPAIRS. I paid β¬150ish for a βrepairβ that, after professional inspection, DID NOT HAPPEN AT ALL!!
Details below:
My laptop stopped working, I brought it in and I was told there was a short circuit in the motherboard, and that it could be fixed for somewhere around 140β¬-160β¬. I agreed and I picked up my working βfixedβ laptop a day later.
Around 3 months later I experienced the exact same problem, I had my laptop inspected by a professional with 25+ years of experience in computer repair, and he could confirm that ZERO WORK WAS DONE ON MY MOTHERBOARD! A repair such as the one that update2day claimed to have done, IS VISIBLE AFTER INSPECTION, but it turned out they did nothing, they just restarted it a day later.
This is further proved by the fact that, after the second incident, which was identical to the first one down to the last detail, my laptop could actually be turned on a day later on its own and worked ok. The actual problem was with my fan and the laptop was overheating, that is why it broke soon after the fake repair.
SO THAT IS HOW UPDATE2DAY βFIXEDβ ΠΠ£ PROBLEM, THEY MADE UP A FAKE REPAIR, DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING BUT RESTART MY LAPTOP THE NEXT DAY, THEN CHARGED ME AN OBSCENE AMOUNT OF MONEY.
All while hiding behind a nice kind facade, yea the the service seemed fast and good at first, but they are actual liars, complete accident that I found out about their scam. THEY PREY ON IGNORANT CUSTOMERS!!

β β β β β Very nice and helpful when I came in after my hard drive failed mid-format/reset. Problem was diagnosed within the same day and fixed within another day after that. Laptop is working super now and they cleaned it up so well, the abhorrently loud fan noise is GONE! Don't be like me, open up your laptop (safely) and blow out the components with compressed air from time to time. Or, get Update2day to do it for you! 10/10 would go there again.

β β β β β I came in around 1330 with my broken Lenovo (sound crashes, storage problems and a starving battery). After explaining my problems we analyzed the possibilities and costs. At first he thought that through a software update and restart, the main problems were gonna fixed. So he explained that he'd try to do that first and then let me know if there were any other problems. Eventually the same day at 1630 I got a call that my laptop was fixed and said really fair that I had some options that I could do, but weren't really necessary. So in the end I got my laptop back within three hours and everything was fixed for a really reasonable price. Excellent service, professional and fast for a more than reasonable price. I definitely recommend it!

β β β β β I took my laptop for a repair on Monday, on Tuesday the repairman gave me a call to tell me the problem that was with my laptop and he also gave me a few options on how to proceed with it. On Wednesday my laptop was at the store, repaired and waiting for me to pick it up. I'm extremely happy with the service and their kidness.

β β β β β My friend brought in her laptop for simple repairs in May and JUST got it back. It's September now. She's autistic and needs the laptop for a lot of communication and thereputic resources. Not only did the staff refuse to keep her updated, reply to her emails, or generally be helpful in any way, but the laptop now functions worse than it ever has. I couldn't think of a worse way to run a business. Not to mention neglecting to let her know they they took a month-long vacation, with her only finding out when she went to the shop to personally ask for an update.
Absolutely awful.

β β β β β Initially had a blown power manager so my lappy wouldn't turn on, these guys fixed it and were really fast and friendly, although it was not cheap.
One week later, laptop stops working again, turns out the BIOS needed updating, they took it in free of charge and even gave me an extra cable to charge the laptop!! Very kind, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Look no further for laptop repairs atleast :)
