P	Pim Maters on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel. Very spacious rooms with a gigantic bathroom. Good decent Dutch food at diner. Nice staff. Breakfast was nice but there was no one at the entrance desk, other guest told us to just choose a table...so we did.

C	Cristina Perez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful nice hotel! I particularly went to the brunch buffet of Sundays and it was simply awesome. We made a reservation ahead because it gets quite crowded. The selection of food and drinks is splendid, everything I tried out was exquisite. The attention from all the crew is top. It has proper entrances and facilities for wheelchairs. In conclusion, I had a great experience and look forward to come back!

If you complain, they will try their upmost best to make sure that they will not have to compensate you. Please spend your money on another hotel. We had the worst stay ever. A night from hell, due to their lack of communication and due to other guests (walls made out of cardboard i assume) And when we complained, all they had to say was: " oh we are sorry". Please go to one of the so much better and much more friendly hotels in Emmen or Odoorn. This hotel does not do justice to the friendly city Emmen.

M	Martin Mörtenhumer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious room plus the fitness room and pool are a plus. The furniture is dated and shows some wear and tear. The rooms are kind of dark in general and you'd wish for one or two more lamps at least. Cleaning could use improvement (dust on the towel radiator, water splashes all over the all tiles). Be aware that some of the rooms are facing a busy street. The breakfast was pretty good with a vast variety of meats, jam, fruits, juices, bacon and sweets - the hotel restaurant itself couldn't meet up to this standard. The quality of service and the food there varied on a daily basis. Some days it was OK but on other days undercooked chicken was served and you felt like you'd have to lit yourself on fire to get any attention from the waiters. In summary the hotel is OK for what they charge but I'd recommend eating elsewhere in Emmen.
j	jacq V on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly receptionist (trainee) which gave us a nice room with view over the pound outside. We had dinner which was really good. In the evening we enjoyed the pool, which was private for us as was the gym. It felt nice, cuz no other guests where there :) . Breakfast was very good, lots of different choices. Would recommend this hotel for their price, service and facilities.
