First they sent me a part that was very dusty and had obviously been lying for months on a shelf after a return or so. Moreover, it was also incomplete (missing RJ11 splitter), had no official packaging with instructions/CE label, etc - so clearly a refurbished item :-(
Second I realized same part was available at a much lower price from another webshop, so asked for a refund of the difference as stated by their lowest price policy. However they refused because delivery terms of the other webshop were 2-3 days while their policy is 1-3 days !!!!
Their warranty about lowest price is just pure marketing boolshit.
They just offered to send it back for a refund - but with all the negative feedback about refunds just didn't dare losing it all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have tried to make contact with this company to find out where my order is and today, I tried to cancel the order - they are simply ignoring me. I get lots of "sorry" but that doesn't help me run a business.
I have no idea if they are a real company or not as they don't appear to have any one working for them who can answer simple questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with them was perfect. They reacted to all my queries, sent the items on time as they promised and sent a truck to pick up the excess material after 2 months for no cost. From now on, I directly check their web site for any ventilation stuff rather than wasting my time with other scam sites which can never keep their promises.
Edit: My second experience was not really nice. Though I could collect the parts of my order cheaper from other shops, I wanted to buy everything from them. It took them 4 days to send me a quotation. After that, when I asked where my order is, they told me they don't have the WTW unit and it will arrive next month. However, it was looking in stock in their web site. They need to invest on training/hiring customer support staff or automate some of the processes.
