★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ich habe vor 4 Wochen bei der Firma eine Ware bestellt, die vorrätig war und per Sofortüberweisung bezahlt wurde. Die Ware wurde bislang nicht geliefert. Ich versuchte etliche Kontaktaufnahmen per e-Mail, die unbeantwortet blieben. Auch eine telefonische Kontaktaufnahme war nicht möglich. Das Geld ist verloren; so arbeitet keine seriöse Firma. Selbst ein Stern ist zu viel.
I ordered goods from the company 4 weeks ago that were in stock and were paid for by immediate transfer. The goods have not yet been delivered. I tried quite a few email contacts that went unanswered. It was also not possible to contact us by phone. The money is lost; no serious company works like that. Even one star is too much.
