+ Punten:
Wordt nooit moeilijk gedaan.
Wordt doel gericht mee gedacht met de klant.
Als we last minute een monteur nodig hebben weten Sebastiaan en/of Johan het altijd weer voor elkaar te krijgen.
Lekker informeel ipv strikt zakelijk.
Personeel werkt netjes en ordelijk. Ik heb nog nooit achter ze hoeven opruimen.
Als ik de vraag stel of er nog ergens een wcd bijgeplaatst kan worden tijdens een vrij drukke klus dan zit die wcd er aan het eind van de dag alsnog.

Johan en zijn jongens hebben een dusdanig vertrouwen opgebouwd dat ik ze de klus geef ik geen eens nacontrole hoef te doen. Na een 15 tal klussen nooit opmerkingen gehad te hebben ben ik hier maar mee gestopt.
Zeker een partner om mee in zee te gaan.
I have been a customer of Via Techniek for several years now.
+ Points:
Is never made difficult.
Goal-oriented thinking along with the customer.
If we need a mechanic at the last minute, Sebastiaan and/or Johan always know how to get it done.
Nicely informal instead of strictly business.
Staff work neat and orderly. I've never had to clean up after them.
If I ask the question whether a WCD can be added somewhere during a fairly busy job, the WCD will still be there at the end of the day.

Johan and his boys have built up such confidence that I give them the job and I don't even have to do a follow-up check. After about 15 jobs of never having had any comments, I stopped doing this.
Definitely a partner to work with.
