Math Salden de enige in heel Nederland met de meeste voorraad mbt mijn fietsmaat van 2XL en zodoende had de aankoop binnen een dag supersnel geregeld. Bij het ophalen van mijn nieuwe fiets heb ik zelf moeten vragen welke soorten pedalen? daar de fiets er zo neergezet werd van "alstublieft'. Bij mij rees het gevoel dat ik zonet in de supermarkt een pak koffie gekocht had c.q. bij Salden niet meer dan een bidonnetje had gekocht...! Het waren niet meer dan 3 klanten in de zaak dus aan gebrek aan tijd voor de klant mocht het niet liggen. Aansluitend verder nog gekeken bij de wielerkleding alwaar we WEL naar tevredenheid werden geholpen met de nodige interesse en passie door de behulpzame vriendelijke medewerkster. Toen ik thuis kwam viel mij in dat ik geen info verkregen had mbt wanneer een eerste servicebeurt!? Jammer. Recently bought a Trek X-Caliber 8 mtb via the web store. Because of my height, F.a. Math Salden was the only one in the Netherlands with the most stock with regard to my bike size of 2XL and so the purchase was arranged very quickly within a day. When picking up my new bike, I had to ask myself what types of pedals? because the bike was put there like 'please'. I had the feeling that I had just bought a pack of coffee in the supermarket or had bought no more than a water bottle from Salden...! There were no more than 3 customers in the matter was therefore not due to lack of time for the customer. Subsequently, we looked further at the cycling clothing, where we were satisfied with the necessary interest and passion by the helpful friendly employee. When I came home I realized that I no information obtained regarding when a first service!?
