Leider generelle Tendenz im Outlet Roermond :-( Little selection and no real outlet prices. Sometimes you can get current models at better prices from well-known online retailers. Unfortunately, there is a general trend in the Roermond outlet :-(

Sowas darf wirklich nicht sein. Das konnte ich schon mehrere Male beobachtet. So the employees should really be replaced! No help, there is only LOUD talked to each other and blasphemed against others. Something like that really shouldn't be. I've seen this several times.

Als alternatief een andere jas mogen kiezen met medewerkers korting maar dus een stuk duurder was. Ook klantenservice is een drama. Die nemen klachten en klanttevredenheid niet serieus. Erg armoedig allemaal en een premium brand onwaardig. Onderstaande reactie geeft nogmaals aan dat dit bedrijf het niet snapt. Zoekt niet met klant naar passende oplossing en doet enkel voorkomen of men klanttevredenheid belangrijk vindt Outrageous service. Book a jacket that was sold on arrival after 1.5 hours of driving. As an alternative, I was allowed to choose another jacket with an employee discount, but it was therefore a lot more expensive. Customer service is also a disaster. They do not take complaints and customer satisfaction seriously. All very shabby and unworthy of a premium brand. The response below indicates once again that this company does not understand. Does not look for a suitable solution with the customer and only makes it appear whether customer satisfaction is important

M	Merve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy here! Obviously the quality is bad, after 3 months I had tears on my new jacket. A jacket in this price category should not tear so fast. I had already contact with the customer service and sent the jacket to the store, unfortunately they didn't exchanged it, instead of that they swen it very badly, it looks horrible now. I'm really disappointed.

The employee said no sir. I am sure it will not be on sale. So, i bought the jacket. This same jacket IS now on sale and it is reduced with €170, a nice save. Well, I wanted to buy another jacket and asked about the situation and why the employee said the jacket is not going to be on sale? The employee was highly unpolite towards me and my friends and said that are the rules and that same jackets can be bought online... Well i asked if I could talk to the manager, to clarify this.. the person said that the manager is not there.. Highly disappointed in this such a great brand. Like the employee said, I will probably buy the new jacket online! Thanks for the advice! Lost a loyal customer on customer services ;-)
