★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You Yin Yoga is een fijne, kleine yoga- en meditatieschool op het Surinameplein. Je komt helemaal ontspannen uit de les. Tamara geeft duidelijke instructies, de matjes, kussens en dekens zijn schoon en het is heel betaalbaar. Elke week weer een cadeautje voor mezelf!
 You Yin Yoga is a nice, small yoga and meditation school on Surinameplein. You come out of class completely relaxed. Tamara gives clear instructions, the mats, pillows and blankets are clean and it is very affordable. A gift for myself every week!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking stimulation for your inner rhythm, and calm in your mind, yin yoga class is something for you! Atmosphere of the place gives you to feel warmth and relaxation. Tamara is delightful and passionate person. She teaches you to free your mind and listen your body. Awesome experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me doing yoga is as Ronaldo practicing ballet. However, I got into yin yoga while searching for a mindfulness practice that would help my body and mind to relax and improve. I have tried a couple of yoga classes. Almost gave up, but gave it 1 more try and found You Yin. Tamara teaches every Tuesday evening and when I walked in for the first time, it all felt into place. The (always clean) yoga equipment is waiting for you, and you can feel her calmness immediately. The group is not too big and the atmosphere is always really welcoming. Besides I am becoming more flexible, and also more at ease with myself :)
