★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing products and amazing costumer service! Ordered a grow kit, but unfortunately I had some problems getting the kit to flush.
After contacting the support and sending a few pictures, they gave me the choice of a new kit or get a voucher and order later. I'm already a very old costumer and was the first time I had any issue with the kit. I'm very happy with the customer service and fast response. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Those guys are the best. You may find many head shops out there, but the support is just awesome. I experienced some issues in my cultivation process and I got a full support from them. At the end, they decided that the grow kit was defective from start and sending replacements out of charge, how nice. I totally recommend them and I will buy in the near future.
