Goed zittende Sketchers voor een zeer aantrekkelijke prijs gekocht en werden deze ook nog gratis behandeld tegen vocht & vuil. Very nice shoe store. Expert and professional advice, very friendly and also very customer and service oriented. Bought well-fitting Sketchers for a very attractive price and they were also treated free of charge against moisture & dirt.

Nadat de zaak twee schoenen had liggen waarin een duidelijke productiefout zat (waarop ze reageerden met desinteresse), werd mij verzekerd dat een nieuw paar van deze schoenen die dag zelf besteld konden worden en als PostNL mee zou werken ze de volgende dag geleverd werden. Dit was essentieel i.v.m. uitvaart en woonplaats elders. De volgende dag bleek dat de order helemaal niet verwerkt was en bij klachten hierover kwam geen enkele hulp of ondersteuning. In tegendeel, de verkoopster reageerde met ernstig stemverheffing en was ook nog niet accuraat door verwisseling van klanten. Bovendien is er geen enkel moment excuses aangeboden of meegedacht in oplossingen. Wij komen hier nooit meer terug. Treated today very unfriendly and unprofessional by a seller of Ziengs Enschede. After the store had found two shoes with a clear manufacturing defect (to which they responded with disinterest), I was assured that a new pair of these shoes could be ordered that day and if PostNL cooperated, they would be delivered the next day. This was essential in connection with funeral and residence elsewhere. The next day it turned out that the order had not been processed at all and in case of complaints about this, no help or support came at all. On the contrary, the saleswoman reacted with a serious raised voice and was also not yet accurate by switching customers. Moreover, no apologies were offered or solutions were thought of at any time. We will never come back here.

E	Eliz Fikret on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy from this shop if you don't want your foot deformed! Had the worst customer experience with this brand. A year ago I bought expensive boots that felt kind of stuff, but I was told that the leather will soften in no time and it will be fine. I wore them once and they were so stiff that I couldn't stand the pain and decided to return them. I went with the receipt on which it says they can be returned in 14 days and they didn't accept them. They took the shoes to try to soften them somehow, but I felt no difference. That's all they did. I also wrote emails to customer support and so on, but nobody offered any solution or compensation. I had paid so much for those shoes already that I didn't want to invest in new boots so I kept forcing myself to wear those until I got a deformation on my leg. And I am still waiting until this day for them to soften as it was promised... Never buy anything from Ziengs!
