I would for sure rent from this company once im back in Amsterdam.

He was my advocate when it came to defending my case in the eyes of some of his colleagues or owners of apartments that had caught my attention.
He is a very professional person, fully involved in his research and who respects his commitments. Another thing is that he is always very punctual and often arrives early to appointments for visits of an apartment (for me this is a very important criterion because it shows the interest that he grants you). He is also, in good faith, kind and very sympathetic. You notice it from the first contact with him.
He got me an apartment quite quickly and in the desired area, well served by public transport. Moreover, his prices are quite good compared to the usual ones on the market.
In few words, you have professionalism and efficiency at prices beating all competition.

Besides the standard stuff with contracts, etc. they setup all my utilities, and were immediately responsive anytime I had questions or repair issues with the property. You cannot go wrong with them. Their service went far beyond the call of duty.

Very detail-oriented, made sure our contracts are correct, frequently checked whether we got everything we needed from the landlord, called them right away if something was incorrect. I moved a lot in the past couple of years, and I can say with 100% confidence he's the best agent I've ever come across.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I happened to connect with Alex via Facebook and from my initial interactions with him, I realised that he is an honest, hardworking guy with a very strong work ethic. As an expat trying to rent an apartment in the Dutch real estate market, I was always up against it . But in Alex, I found someone I could basically rely on to get the job done independently. In fact, with Alex taking care of apartment viewings and related conversations, I was left with very little to do other than approving the apartments that Alex had already shortlisted. Being the workaholic that he is, Alex was always very quick to respond to my messages and information requests. After helping me secure an apartment in a very short time span of 2 weeks, he also helped me set up internet, power, etc in quick time. All in all, Alex is someone who goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure his clients are happy . I wish him good luck for future endeavours and needless to say, he’ll be the first person I’ll be reaching out to if I do decide to buy a house here in this beautiful country.
