★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niet heel lang geleden was mijn douche kapot, na een keer mailen was het direct geregeld en een paar dagen later had ik een gloednieuwe douche. Erg fijn dat ze altijd snel en op een vriendelijke manier reageren en dat er snel werk van gemaakt word als je een probleem hebt!
Not long ago my shower was broken, after emailing it was immediately arranged and a few days later I had a brand new shower. Very nice that they always respond quickly and in a friendly way and that work is done quickly if you have a problem!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is criminal. Lived at one of their accommodations for over two years... The house was very run down and everytime we asked for help with some malfunction it took ages to receive a reply. Also, we only received our maintenance costs 2 years too late, and my flatmate still has not received his. The landlord entered the house on several occasions without permission. Very unfriendly communication. And they charge more rent than is legally allowed! I recommend talking to the huurcommisie and lowering your rent.
