People that they work in the agency are polite anders always able to solve your problems with the appartement. β β β β β Impeccable service, I would recommend to anyone. Especially, to us expats, renting for the first time in The Netherlands might be daunting, but this agency really helps you along the way. They always respond and make sure everything is in order. On top, those agents I had pleasure to meet in person (Bob I believe) were super nice. Thank you for all your help!

From the moment we walked in for a viewing, the friendly Bob was extremely helpful in answering our questions and providing us with all the necessary information. After being completely sold on the house that we viewed, we notified 070 Wonen that we were interested. Immediately the next day, we were called by Louise (who was also considerate and professional) that we got the house. We received the contract a few days later, signed it the next week and moved in a few days later.
Our experience with 070 Wonen has been great. Their working method is efficient but also very humane. We strongly recommend this agency.

From the first contact to the signed rental agreement it was a smooth process. Very friendly & professional staff. Bob was very helpful in showing the apartment, discussing apartment details & other relevant arrangements.
Expat friendly as all communication was in English plus all the relevant documentation.

I have returned their keys and this is still two months I am yet to get my refund back..

β β β β β They are all discriminatory and have poor communication skills. They refused to communicate with me except through an agent I hired with my own money. They gave me permission to sublet a room i rented from them due to special reasons and thank goodness I had proof after they kept denying it; anyways I got sued on their basis of denying it purely due to their negligence and my failure in seeking out the worst roommate and lawyer. Funnily enough, the mixed race Diana was the culprit.

β β β β β I have tried to get in contact with this rental agency for more than two weeks now.
They called me a few times to see if I was interested in receiving a video tour of the apartment , but unfortunately they never delivered the video tour. This has happened three times in the last two weeks. They even send a calendar meeting for the time they will send the video.
If you are an expat not yet relocated to the Netherlands and found apartments rented under 070wonen through Funda, Pararius or similar, I DO NOT RECOMMEND moving forward with them, they will just waste your time.
