★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hele fijne sportschool! Lessen in kleine groepen waardoor er veel persoonlijke aandacht is. Hele fijne sfeer. Ook de voedingsbegeleiding/coaching is van hoge kwaliteit.
Very nice gym! Lessons in small groups so there is a lot of personal attention. Very nice atmosphere. The nutritional guidance / coaching is also of high quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik deed vooral crossfit en het was top! Heel goed ontvangen en meteen meegenomen in de groep. Het zijn echt professionele lessen en er wordt goed op je houding en techniek gelet. Echt een aanrader dus!
I mainly did crossfit and it was great! Very well received and immediately taken into the group. They are truly professional classes and your posture and technique are carefully considered. So really recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing gym suitable for beginners to advanced lifters. Equipped with dumbells from 1 kg to 70 kg in 2.5 increments. Additionally there is a large variety of free weights, attachments and different bars. Also all the machines needed to complete the most detailed workouts! Highly recommended ?
