Very good and fast service. I had first received the correct product in the wrong packaging. I was allowed to keep the other packaging and I was also sent the correct packaging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have ordered online from this store in hopes to colour my hair before the vacation. They promise delivery in 1-2 days. After one week I received a message that one of my items is not in stock and a refund offer. I would have preferred to have at least part of my items in time.
Edit: The rest of the items were send the same day and arrived the day after. I will probably order from them again as they are one of a few shops carrying Adore brand I use. I hope 1 week before sending was an exception.
