★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super quick delivery multiple times in NL with an immediate response via email and very friendly & helpful customer service.
In addition to that, I received a replacement of one of the items without any extra effort (besides sending a picture of the defect). Within 3 days of the item breaking, I had a new one at home without any additional costs + a card that said "SORRY" + a little bottle of wine! :)
Super thoughtful and forward-thinking. (The replaced item cost €8)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ changing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars.Package received with some nice gifts inside, but still I dont understand whats their deal with the delivery agencies. You should really talk with postnl and dhl,DHL was a dissapointment (already paid shipping costs ) and refused to resend it and postnl required afterwards new shipping costs on my expense,and they just squezed my package inside a mailbox with result the envelope getting open and had bugs inside .what a joke really.

The complimentary items included are a really nice touch. I also really like their recycle cartridge service which donates to various charities. Great work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought 2 hp ink cartridge, the colour cartridge works fine, but the black cartridge doesn't print clear, customers service is a waste of time, so now I have to order them again,,,,BUT NOT FROM THIS COMPANY,,,,I AM VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED AND DOWN,,,,,,,,,,,,,,PLEASE DON'T SENT ME THAT LINK it doesn't solve anything,,,,,,,
