Y	Yolanda Thoma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima product gekregen. Zeer tevreden. Moeilijk te begrijpen dat de prijs van 3 kub boomschors zo duur is. 1x 2 kub 311 euro en 1x 1 kub 197 euro samen 508 euro. De vrachtwagen kon dit in 1x brengen en dan zou je verwachten.dat wij max 155.50 euro per kub moesten betalen. De uitleg was goed maar toch begrijpen we niet dat wij zoveel moesten betalen. Received a great product. Very satisfied. Hard to understand that the price of 3 cubic meters of bark is so expensive. 1 x 2 cubic meters 311 euros and 1 x 1 cubic meters 197 euros together 508 euros. The truck could bring this in 1x and then you would expect that we had to pay a maximum of 155.50 euros per cubic meter. The explanation was good but we still do not understand that we had to pay so much.

Big bag's niet helemaal gevuld.( 10 cm onder de rand, zou wel iets voller mogen als je een cuub hout in een zak verwacht ) Fast delivery within a few days of ordering. Neat call from driver that he was on his way. Big bags not completely filled. (10 cm below the edge, could be a little fuller if you expect a cubic meter of wood in a bag)

Ik was een beetje bang dat de vrachtwagen waarmee de boomschors geleverd zou worden te groot zou zijn voor de straten bij mij in de buurt. Telefonisch contact opgenomen en degene die mij te woord stond verzekerde mij dat alles goud zou komen. En inderdaad op de dag van levering belde de chauffeur van 123 Natuur dat hij er binnen een half uurtje zou zijn. Precies na een half uur stond de zak met boomschors op de door mij aangegeven plaats. Een speciale vermelding verdient de chauffeur wat een uitgesproken vriendelijke man is dat . Het visitekaartje van het bedrijf geweldig. For the first time used the services of 123 Natural products. I was a little worried that the truck which the bark would be delivered would be too big for the streets in my neighborhood. Telephoned and one that would allowed me to word assured me that everything gold. Indeed, on the day of delivery driver called 123 Nature that he would be within half an hour. Exactly half an hour later the bag was to bark at the place designated by me. A special mention should be the driver that a distinct kind man is. The business card great.

O	Olivier Heyning on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ fraudulent webshop! They show the "webwinkel keurmerk" of quality, while they are not at all connected to this. They cheated me for 25 euros for fast delivery that turned out to not be available. But they refused to refund.
E	E. Kashiwara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered "Ovengedroogd Haardhout Eiken ( big bag 1 kuub / 1000 litter)". The delivery was fine, except the delivery man said "soon, burning wood will be illegal." And then, the worst part was that the wood were wet. It takes me a long time, feeding burnable paper and boxes to actually light up these woods. When they are burning you can hear the water vaporising. I will never order from here again although the woods are cheaper than other companies. I guess quality comes with price.

But the product delivered was not at all sifted, there were lot of big and small stones in the soil. Tried to reach the customer service via mail but no response from them. Completely disappointed.
L	Linda Tiemersma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor service. Worst I’ve ever seen. On day of delivery we stayed home 8am-6pm (which is a crazy long slot in the first place). Delivery didn’t show up. At 8pm we call the company saying we can no longer stay at home. Now they want us to pay 55 euros for having it delivered next day (for which we stayed at home another full day, it again came outside of promised delivery hours). On top of that the owner is simply aggressive in discussing the above. Would never ever order again.
