β β β β β Namens een goede vriendin. Nadat ik mijn huis had verlaten, heb ik samen met de makelaar alles doorgenomen. Alles was prima in orde. Mijn voormalige huisbaas weigert de borg terug te betalen. Makelaar zegt dat haar diensten zijn opgehouden na de verhuizing. Slordig en teleurstellend.
 On behalf of a good friend. After I left my house, I went through everything with the real estate agent. Everything was fine. My former landlord is refusing to refund the security deposit. Broker says her services have ceased after the move. Sloppy and disappointing.

β β β β β Na een super goede ervaring met 123Wonen Gouda-Woerden, hier helaas een tegenovergestelde ervaring gekregen. Beste mevrouw aan de telefoon was zeer arrogant en neerbuigend. Ik hoop dat ze met het verkeerde been uit bed is gestapt, en niet structureel potentiΓ«le huurders weg aan het jagen is. Ik ga in ieder geval naar een ander.
After a very good experience with 123Wonen Gouda-Woerden, unfortunately we got the opposite experience here. Dear lady on the phone was very arrogant and condescending. I hope she got out of bed on the wrong foot, and is not structurally chasing potential tenants away. Anyway, I'm going to someone else.

β β β β β I used the services of123Wonen to rent out a furnished flat in Arnhem and I'm satisfied with the level of the provided service.
I received proper advice and guidance trough out the process. The prospective candidates visits were well scheduled and organized. The finalization of the deal: signing of contract, inspection and handling over the flat was also well planed and documented.
All at all, my renting out experienced was quite smooth and I don't hesitate to recommend using the services of 123Wonen.
