Hoewel Kees uiteindelijk zelf geen werk voor ons hoefde te verrichten (omdat de vorige installateur dit uiteindelijk zelf heeft opgepakt), heeft Kees de tijd en moeite genomen om met behulp van foto's van de situatie mee te denken en ons van advies voorzien waardoor wij de juiste stappen konden zetten in dit proces. Er waren wat probleempjes met de aansluiting van de flexibele buis door de bestaande, ouderwetse situatie maar die zijn naar behoren opgelost. De kachel staat perfect en trekt als een lier. Ons gasverbruik is gekelderd. Zeer professioneel en alles volgens afspraak. Dank. Genieten elke avond van een vuurtje zonder rook, stank en rommel. Advies over de installatie en de toezegging dat als er vragen bij de installatie zouden zijn ik gewoon kon bellen. Daar heb ik even kort gebruik van gemaakt, hij maakte zijn belofte waar! Goed advies over wat veilig en haalbaar is. Komt afspraken na - offerte op tijd en helder. Onze haard hangt (Odin) en had ik liever iets lager gehad (15cm lager) dan de instructie van de fabrikant - Kees was hierin onverbiddelijk en terecht :). Nu de haard brand snap ik ook waarom je hier niet van af moet wijken; ivm uitstraal-warmte aan de voorkant. Planning gehaald - was er op de afgesproken tijd. Werkte netjes en schoon - maakte ook na het boren van de gaten in het betonnen plafond schoon.
