★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've ordered here a few times already, and their service is not bad! My first order went really well! No problems at all, shipping was quick. The packaging was well-done. The products were nice. Unfortunately, I had to wait more than 2 weeks when I ordered the second time. However, that was because the Kananga water shipment hadn't arrived yet. I contacted them a few times, and they said it would arrive the next day multiple times. It did not. I just wish they called (or emailed) me beforehand so we could discuss a suitable solution. Poor communication aside, the products are great! They have a huge selection of products! Good prices! Very affordable. The order is well-packaged. I'd still try their service again! Perhaps, I have to be a little more patient next time.
