Voor de rest prima producten die geleverd worden.
 Nice webshop, easy to use and a large assortment. All at very attractive prices. Fast delivery (if items ordered are in stock), stock not always accurately presented.
Otherwise excellent products delivered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Snelle levering, maar onbeschofte helpdesk. Ik heb een autokrik besteld en bij levering was de hele doos dicht getaped. Na het openen van de doos bleek het artikel ook nog eens onvolledig en beschadigd te zijn. Zeer jammer dat de helpdesk mij niet kon en wilde verder helpen. Na hele week onderhandelen hebben ze toch een nieuwe complete krik gestuurd.
Fast delivery, but rude helpdesk. I ordered a car jack and upon delivery the whole box was taped shut. After opening the box, the item turned out to be incomplete and damaged. Very unfortunate that the helpdesk could not and did not want to help me. After a whole week of negotiations, they sent a new complete jack.

I already send few mails to them, as they stated delivery in 3-5days.
First they said, they received different product then I ordered, then they just stopped responding.
By the way lamp I ordered is still available online with same delivery time promise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast delivery, product came in a box. Unfortunately, the 22mm / 40cm sds drill, has an effective range of 36cm, which was 1cm too short for my intended use :-(
So I had to order a bigger drill head (600mm) as well.
Overall, I had a good experience with the company! :-)
