β β β β β Horrible service. Literally impossible to make an appointment with them, and them being on time. They eventually made us overpay for the washing machines. But when I said something about that they kept telling me that I was being rude.

β β β β β First and last time I buy in this shop, TOTAL SCUM, POLICE should close the down. One star just because I cannot give 0. All the products are faulty and brakes after few times are used. Stay far from this place!

I wish the whole process was faster but I appreciate that they called us back

β β β β β Cash only, warranty included (6 months on the washing machine purchased). Kind guys helped lifting the machine and home delivery is offered for those in need. Proper receipt and goodies received. Many goods are from companies which makes it very good value especially for bigger households. Ovens, microwaves, washing machines, dishwashers, stoves, mixers were some spotted items.

β β β β β Worst experience ever, I have never been treated so badly in my life! We ordered a dishwasher on the phone, they gave us the wrong information and the dishwasher wouldn't fit into the kitchen. I had to call multiple times to obtain a replacement, meanwhile they were incredibly rude, they screamed at me and even told me to shut up and do as I was told. For the replacement they wanted me to pay the delivery cost myself, while the mistake was theirs on the first place! At the end, when I refused to pay the extra cost and asked to return to get the money back, as they are obliged to do by law, they refused.

β β β β β Last year I ordered a washing machine, and had trouble with it and reported it to customer service. The reaction was not great, and a bit matter of fact. Later, Selik, the owner, called because of an earlier review I placed here. He made sure that the washing machine gets replaced with a good functioning one, which I still have working till today.
I'm writing because he followed up again today with me and extended the warranty, which shows that he cares about his brand. We had an honest conversation and it feels like whatever mishaps you may have with the personnel, he has the bigger picture down and is willing to make things right.

β β β β β We've bought a washing machine and a dryer there, both in great condition, clean and for unbeatable price. Works perfectly.
Service was also really good, everything went fast - we came to the store, chose the appliances withing few minutes and around 2-3 hours later they were delivered to our house.
Highly recommended!
