★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overzichtelijke site en snelle levering maar prijs/kwaliteit is echt slecht. 2dehands fiets zou gebruiksporen hebben, Ik krijg een fiets met een verroest overgespoten spatbord, herspoten frame, gat in het zadel... zou hier niet nog eens kopen.
 Clear site and fast delivery but price / quality is really bad. 2nd hand bike would have signs of use, I'm getting a bike with a rusted repainted fender, repainted frame, hole in the saddle... wouldn't buy here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prima fiets, maar voor 200+ euro verwacht je wel dat er een comfortabel zadel op zit en die van mij was totaal verlept (ik voelde elk hobbeltje in de weg) dus die heb ik zelf laten vervangen. Bovendien zit er wat speling in het achterwiel (wanneer ik rem en weer door trap dan schiet hij een klein stukje door. Verder prima.
Great bike, but for 200+ euros you expect it to have a comfortable saddle and mine was completely faded (I felt every bump in the road) so I had it replaced myself. In addition, there is some play in the rear wheel (when I brake and pedal again, it shoots a little bit. Otherwise fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2dehandsfietsenwinkel is an excellent option to get your bike from. We ordered one first and it came in a really good condition. Everything was exactly as posted in the picture and it rode well, all aspects of the bike functioned perfectly and was delivered on time. We were so impressed we also got a second bike from them. Even though there was a slight delay in the second bike's delivery due to issues with the delivery vehicle, the customer support was very communicative and dedicated and made sure the delivery was done in the same day even if it was late in the night. Extremely professional, friendly, top service and quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered on Friday, delivered Wednesday. I had a bizarre phone call with the delivery driver in which he refused to leave the bike at my apartment because he couldn’t find a place to park. I had to call the store to make them tell him to leave the bike. Overall a good deal

As an expat, I entered the shop not knowing what to expect. After searching through the heap of second hand bicycles I could not make up my mind, that's when the owner's son stepped in. He was pleasant and patiently answered all my questions. We did couple of test rides on the bicycle I liked, thereafter they took the bicycle into the workshop and did the necessary oiling, light bulb change, tuning and cleaning. I even got a discount! ( Must have been my lucky day! :D). I paid in cash and received an invoice on my email within minutes. Overall a great experience and a happy customer!
