★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roland / 3-SMART is nu zo'n twee jaar mijn coach. In die tijd ben ik sneller geworden in zowel zwemmen, fietsen, als lopen. Het is prettig werken en communiceren met Roland. Hij beschikt over een grote schat aan ervaring en kennis die hij verwerkt in zijn trainingsplannen. Zo is hij bijvoorbeeld op de hoogte van de nieuwste wetenschappelijke inzichten op sportgebied en hij deelt deze graag.
 Roland / 3-SMART has been my coach for about two years now. In that time I have become faster in swimming, cycling and running. It is pleasant to work and communicate with Roland. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge that he incorporates into his training plans. For example, he is aware of the latest scientific insights in the field of sports and he likes to share them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na 17 jaar gevoetbald te hebben, was daar ineens Corona en lag alles stil. Dit was dus de perfecte tijd om te beginnen met een lang gekoesterde wens, een halve Triathlon. In 9 maanden is het me gelukt, zeker mede dankzij Roland, om die wens te verwezenlijken. Ik heb heel veel gehad aan zijn op maat gemaakte schema's en feedback. Hij was tijdens de gehele 9 maanden dagelijks zeer betrokken. Ik was ook aangenaam verrast dat hij bij DE Triathlon in Hoorn ineens naast me stond. Voor iedereen die wil gaan trainen voor een Triathlon kan ik Roland zeer zeker aanraden !
After playing soccer for 17 years, there was suddenly Corona and everything was silent. So this was the perfect time to start with a long-cherished wish, half a Triathlon. In 9 months I succeeded, certainly thanks in part to Roland, in realizing that wish. I have really benefited from his tailor-made schedules and feedback. He was very involved every day for the entire 9 months. I was also pleasantly surprised that he suddenly stood next to me at DE Triathlon in Hoorn. I can definitely recommend Roland to anyone who wants to train for a Triathlon!
