Once and never again. Pants arrived broken, emailed a week ago, also emailed 3 times this week. No response received. Antisocial kt company!
M	Marjo Hajdari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zit langer dan een maand op een bestelling te wachten terwijl ze volgens de site de producten op voorraad zouden zijn. Gebeld word vervolgens aan lijntje gehouden. Het pakket zou uiterlijk 18 augustus verzonden worden maar vandaag na nogmaals bellen moeten zij de spullen nog bestellen. Je moet wel vooruit betalen maar als je je geld terug vraagd moet je nog behoorlijk lang wachten. Ben benieuwd of ze me geld daadwerkelijk terug storten! En maar zeggen dat ze altijd alles op voorraad hebben!!!!!!! Waiting more than a month for an order even though the site says the products are in stock. The call is then held on a line. The package would be sent no later than August 18, but today after calling again they still have to order the stuff. You do have to pay in advance, but if you ask for your money back you have to wait quite a while. I wonder if they actually refund my money! And just say that they always have everything in stock!!!!!!!

Send junk and then pull their hands off it Don't order here read the other reviews but is not the first to have this apparently a shame never again

We zijn netjes ontvangen en met een extra winterjas vertrokken. Ik zal hier vast nog een keer terug komen! We planned to order a raincoat through the website. The shipping costs were Euro 7.95, a reason to drive to Hoogeveen. We were nicely received and left with an extra winter coat. I will definitely come back here again!

I returned my order to 4-Feet according to their procedure with "Retourformulier" in the box. Amazing is that they sent the same order back to me again by mistake. Seems there was no one was to take care of the returned orders. I sent them an E-mail with no response. After contacting 4-Feet they confirmed to pay for the second time returning the order. I am still waiting for the refund because the responsible person will come back to office 7 days later. All together, this procedure will take over 3 weeks. I write this review with the hope of improving their business and service.
