β β β β β We ordered a taxi in advance. When landing I called them (within a very reasonable time) the lady on the phone literally shouted at me that I should have read the terms of conditions.
Very bad experience. I would expect them to offer a solution rather than being barked at.

β β β β β Please avoid this company. Don't trust them! They did not show up to pick me and my family up in the airport, and we had paid it in advance. When we called them to ask where the taxi was, they were extremely rude and aggressive, told us to shut up, that we were not the only customers they had and then hung up the phone in my face. We tried to call them back but they did not pick up the phone anymore. We tried contact per email, also no success. They never paid our money back. This is not a trustworthy company. We should have called the police. If you want to arrive safe anywhere, go with someone else.

β β β β β I'm still shocked how rude they are there. On the phone with the central office because there was no taxi at airport on arrival (they didn't get my email that informed them of my flight delay), the lady yelled at me to make me understand that she wouldn't send someone else: 'are you deaf?' was one of the things she screamed at me. I don't mind the misunderstanding on my time of arrival, but the handling of their customers is appalling.
This company also operates under the names of Schiphol Taxi Centrale and Centrale Shiphol Taxi.
To be avoided at all costs.

β β β β β We just had a great experience with this taxi service. We were picked up by a very friendly and helpful taxi driver from our home to Schiphol Airport.
After reading some very negative reviews (after we booked the taxi), we were worried the taxi wouldnβt show up... But he was 5 minutes early (!) and helped us with our 6 large suitcases and 2 small ones. At the airport he got us two trolleys for all our luggage.
So after all our concerns we think they deserve some credit, and we would use them again.

A lot of fake 5 star reviews.
The website advertises "sublime Mercedes Benz cars" in the whole fleet. I booked and prepaid rides from Schiphol to den haag and back again. The first time I was picked up in a dirty van (ford or similar brand), the driver was friendly, but it was not the car quality advertised on the website. For the ride back, an old dirty Mercedes wagon from the 90s was sent. The car would not start. Taking into account I did not want to risk missing my flight by waiting longer or risking a break down on the freeway, I took a hotel cab. When I called the company to complain and sent an email requesting a proposal on how to remedy the situation, I prepaid, I was met with incomprehension and hostility. They told me, very rudely, that it was my choice not to take the cab and would not consider my argument regarding timing and safety as valid and would not even
I informed the hotel regarding the unacceptable nature of their service with the hope no other hotel guest would experience this unpleasantness.

β β β β β I have send them a mail with the request for a phone number, if something go wrong. But didnβt get a answer, so just to be sure I cancelled my trip and ordered a taxi with a other company.
On their website I couldnβt find a contact number.

β β β β β Booked a ride to schiphol (normally 30 / 35 minutes from my place). The company decided to combine the ride with other passengers (possible and clearly mentioned in the conditions) in which case the pick up time could be 15 minutes earlier. I only found out in the taxi, no formal communication was provided about this changebefore, even if they clearly state in the email communication that they have to do so the evening before the ride! Called the office to complain because i risked missing my plane, and first i heard that if was not happy, i could take another taxi, then the lady on the other side of the phone simply hang up while i was still talking.
