45 km Parts - Mijlstraat 21A

Ordered some parts to my Ligier X-too 2006mod. After 2 weeks I tryed to sent a message, and then the order went from ordered placed to in progress. After a week it was no package sent. I called, no answer, called many times. After another week I contacted PayPal that I luckily used to pay about 300Euros in parts. I got my money back from PayPal. Never the parts I needed. I live in Norway BTW. Never use you're money here!!!!

Ok let's start : - On July 20th, i ordered 2 parts (a door handle and an exhaust pipe). - 1 week later : nothing, not even a sign the package has been sent out. Message sent to them, no answer. - 2 weeks later : still nothing. We're being told the factory is on vacation (makes sense in August). - Fast forward September 20th, 2 months later exactly, I decide to cancel my order because let's face it : you don't sell stuff you don't have. Problem : they don't want to cancel because they already ordered the exhaust from the factory (and already had the door handle). That also means they don't want to refund. - A few more calls and it seems they have blocked my number because they're not answering anymore. I still have 156,28€ stuck on their account. Still asking for the refund but well... guess they actually deserve this review (and if i could put a 0 star, i would, believe me, because that's NO WAY to treat customers. Your factory problems are not your customer's problem. Deal with it)

Don't buy something here! I have ordered a wiper motor 3 months ago for 150€. Contacted the seller multiple times via email and telephone and never got an answer! There was no chance to get my money back. Luckily I paid with my MasterCard so my bank could get the money back for me.

I ordered a Display for my Canta LX, on their website it does inform or mention that the pictures on their website are only for show, that its not actually the part you will be receiving, so far okay. not so bad. So i received the part and it had many pins broken and cracks on the display, the part was completely misleading, I understand that this is a used part, but I expect that the part is in good condition and not broken specially if they are not mentioning anything on the website. Day after I received the part on the mail I had to drive close to their store so I called him informed that the part was in bad condition and would be driving by to replace the part. So i arrived at their shop with the part, the owner was very rude since the minute I arrived. He went to get another display after more than 30 minutes he came back with a Display that was in worst condition than the one I had, so I complained about, he went again for another 30 minutes making me wait on purpose it seamed and the part again was NOT in good condition. I asked for my money back, I did not even want the shipping, is said NO I will NOT give your money back. It is clear to me that those people are desperate for money. So at the end I left the store with a bad display again, it was a little better, but still not on the condition I expected. The owner was so rude all the time I will NEVER buy again from this place and hope that people read this review before even ordering something from this store. they do not deserve your business.

SCAM outfit ****do not order / pay as you will not receive any parts and you will be deducted . I received a message reply "Het komt nu niet goed uit" not a good time! I paid through PayPal so Im hoping Paypal can refund me . But be warned this is a SCAM outfit

Never got what I ordererd, and never got my money back. They don't answear phone are mail. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY!!!

Very unfriendly company. Ordered Sept 28th, 2021 moped car tailgate. PostNL tracking said that they don’t delivery it to my country. 45 KM PARTS cannot understood the problem. Also they don’t want to hear about money refund. Lot's of phone calls and they just hang up. Also they don’t answer emails. 0 quality about this company. I don’t know how this company can even exists. Don’t recommend at all! SCAM!

Never use 45 km parts. Paid about 175 Euros on an order for a specific part on a vehicle of mine. It's been almost 3 months and i have not heard from it, I have sent multiple emails to them asking about it and they have not replied. I have proof of the order and money transaction and will sue, if they do not answer me soon.
