Vanuit de liefde voor de Italiaanse keuken, wijnen en elkaar is het concept voor het restaurant en winebar ontstaan. De moderne Italiaanse keuken heeft respect voor klassieke recepten maar ontdekt graag de unieke balans van nieuwe en oude tradities.
