R	Random Rub on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a product that worked for a few months, It then broke on me and i sent it back for repairs which took 4 weeks. Few months later it breaks agian, same problem. I ask for a refund or atleast a new product and they deny me it. Don't buy from here.

F	Felix Cattenstart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A year ago I ordered the Raspberry Pi model B, and it was delivered within one day. Fast service. When the Raspberry Pi 2 came out. I bought that one as well. It was 1-5 Business days, it says, and they were right. It was ordered Friday, sent on Monday and received Tuesday. I also pre-ordered the Microsoft Wedge and after a week they told me Microsoft declared the product EOL (End of Life) and they gave me the option to get another keyboard or get my money back. This service was great as well.

Been a customer for a couple of years, so when they sold my an item which didn't work properly I didn't expect any trouble when I took it in for an exchange. They said it might be some weeks before it was replaced but if I bought a new (different) model they would refund my money if the original was replaced boxed (unopened) by the manufacturer. I didn't mind the extra outlay, but a week later when the original item was replaced (unopened) by the manufacturer, and I came to collect my refund, the customer services representative swore at me and then said they wouldn't give me the full refund because their price had now gone down(!). Then the original employee appeared and denied promising to refund the money! Funny part is though, I recorded the conversation. Soon to be broadcast :-) Don't buy from these scam artists.
T	Tim Smith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A truly terrible service. Don't buy from this web-shop. In my case I ordered a 42" screen which was faulty. A RMA was provided and a refund promised. the faulty item was returned. Since then I have contacted and chased 4Launch many times by phone and by email over a five week period. No refund has been provided. My experience has been poor and they do not do what they say. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

They charge you money immediatly, and after few days later when you ask where is your order, they say 'the graphic card is out of stock'. Not a single attempt of the company to inform me, and even today on their webshop says DIRECTLY AVAILABLE!!!! 4LAUNCH, NEVER AGAIN! BUNCH OF SCAMMERS.
