Ik kan hem absoluut aanbevelen! Today Cedric helped me out with a broken lock. He was able to come the same day, solved the problem quickly and was very friendly. I can absolutely recommend him!

Direct gebeld en niet veel later, na keurig aankomsttijd via sms gedeelt te hebben, stond hij voor de deur om het probleem te verhelpen. Helaas kon het niet gerepareerd worden. Alles wordt keurig bestoken incl. de prijzen, welke prima zijn. Na akkoord van mijn kant heeft 5 star de materialen gehaald en mijn deur voorzien van een nieuwe 3-puntsluiting incl gelijksluitende cilinder. Mocht ik ooit een keer buitengesloten zijn of mijn sluitwerk is kapot ga ik Cedric bellen. Bedankt voor je vakmanschap en je eerlijkheid. 3-point lock broken and the door can't be opened anymore. Everything is neatly bombarded including the prices, which are fine. After approval from my side, 5 star has obtained the materials and fitted my door with a new 3-point lock including cylinder. Na de zeer positieve reviews te hebben gelezen, gelijk contact opgenomen en hij kon er de volgende dag al gelukkig zijn. Cedric is naast zijn sterke vakkundigheid een onwijs vriendelijk persoon. Hij heeft eerlijk advies gegeven en stap voor stap heeft hij duidelijk uitgelegd wat er ging gebeuren. Besloten om twee extra sloten erbij te doen op onze schuifdeuren voor de veiligheid en een nieuw anti-inbraak slot op de voordeur laten plaatsen. In no time was de klus geklaard! Daarnaast zeer handige tips meegekregen en viel de prijs gelukkig ook mee. Al met al super tevreden en een uiterst positieve ervaring gehad. Keep the good work up! He gave honest advice and clearly explained step by step what was going to happen. Decided to add two extra locks on our sliding doors for security and have a new anti-burglary lock installed on the front door. The job was done in no time!
