They were also very patient with our queries and went above and beyond to address our concerns. While the apartments itself is great, it was Laura’s professionalism and ‘happy to help’ approach during the house-viewing that drew us to making this transaction. Karin too has been extremely organized and methodical in helping us out in terms of all the required paperwork and logistics. After looking at 6+ properties, we selected the one offered by A Plus Apartments, because we were very impressed by their services. Highly recommended, if you are looking for a house to buy or rent in the Netherlands.

Communication was excellent (unlike with some other agencies!) which helped make quite a stressful experience much more bearable! We also got a lot of good advice (for free) on how to deal with selecting an energy provider and internet provider. Really good work! Stevie and Isabelle xxx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been lucky enough to find the agency before I moved to Amsterdam. I was in London and my first experience went great! Karin helped me with all the papers and made me feel totally safe and supported. She also gave me lots of tips when I arrived.
It was then natural for me to go back to them for the big step of buying a house. Boudewijn was on top of this and helped me with a lot of viewing, until the point where I trusted him so much, I didn't go to the viewings as he fully understood what I was looking for and what was relevant for me.
His great experience and knowledge of the market is second to none, and he also can support by connecting with a mortgage advisor and a notary thanks to his network.
I fully recommend A Plus Apartment and I'm really thankful for their support.
