★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stond 5 minuten voor de deur terwijl die op slot zat en op de deur stond dat het open was. Ik ben vervolgens (na geklop op de deur) gaan bellen met mijn mobiel. Ik kreeg een meneer aan de telefoon die vertelde dat de medewerkster misschien op het toilet zat. Nog even gewacht en eindelijk kwam mevrouw, die boodschappen had gedaan, eraan lopen. Na binnenkomst een vloer besproken en wanneer die eventueel gelegd zou worden, ik zou terug gebeld worden. Nooit meer iets gehoord en omdat ik haast had ben ik naar de buren, Amsterdamse Vloeren gegaan die me snel en correct hielpen.
Slechte beurt dus van A tot Z.
 Stood in front of the door for 5 minutes while it was locked and the door said it was open. I then (after knocking on the door) started calling with my mobile. I got a gentleman on the phone who said that the employee might be in the toilet. We waited a while and finally the lady, who had been shopping, came walking over. After entering a floor discussed and when it might be installed, I would be called back. Never heard anything again and because I was in a hurry, I went to the neighbors, Amsterdam Floors, who helped me quickly and correctly.
So bad turn from A to Z.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Observe that customer is responsible for irregularities in the floor. We found, after the laminate was already laid, that there was a depression in the floor interfacing between the hallway & the living room - a high-traffic area - and this depression is deep enough to cause the laminate to warp noticeably when stepped upon. Several things were handled well, in particular the neatness of the skirting and the absence of lateral movement in the laminate. But we give one star less, for the standard of workmanship: it would have been better to either condemn the floor in advance or repair the irregularity before locking in the final pieces. Though the shop did commit to have another go at the laminate, this will create a discontinuity between the living room and hallway.
