★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had both my VW Caddy & VW GTi serviced from A-Point Amsterdam West this week, and I feel I had to write a review!
The guys carried out a fantastic job on both my vehicles and went through the checklist in detail, even though it's in Dutch and I can't read Dutch too well.
I was assisted by Bob & Kristian and both were great at their job, but Kristian really went above and beyond to build rapport and trust... they kept me informed with any problems they saw and gave the costs involved upfront.
I will definitely be more than happy to always get my vehicles maintained by this branch!
Thanks a lot A-Point West Amsterdam, you have made a VW fanboy happy with your service!
