★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please Google update this to no stars!! :( I Don't really do reviews but this company is so bad I feel compelled! I am extremely mad with the lack of customer services but will try to keep it to the facts. I purchased a Wagner intercooler kit on 29th of November I paid for the kit, DHL express shipping and tax. On the 10th of December They sent the order via Postnl (domestic service) and it took until the 29th of December to track to the depot in the UK. I have now received a letter from Parcelforce saying they have a item with VAT outstanding and I need to pay 185 pounds !! I have no tracking for this letter (only from postnl) so advised A4H. They have asked me to pay the tax and they will refund me despite me giving them details so they can pay directly! Even if I did have the money I don't think I will see that refunded!! long story short A4H wont pay despite them accepting its their parcel and they haven't paid the tax. I don't have the money to pay twice, the item will now have to be returned and i will have to sue them for refund or wait another x2 months for the kit to be returned and resent. NO MATTER HOW MUCH CHEAPER THEY ARE DONT SHOP HERE!! I warned you ;)
RE.response.This is not my first international purchase. I have an Invoice that states I prepaid the 21% TAX with A4h. I understand that reviews can be subjective so i will update this review with the emails sent and received. You the customer can decide. . Sorry to hear you are finding this complex.
