★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De Carpaccio van zalm was uitstekend, het hoofdgerecht, zacht gegaarde varkenswagentje met een stamppotje van andijvie prima maar kon wel warmte gebruiken, die bediening en de wijn was top.
 The carpaccio of salmon was excellent, the main course, gently cooked pork cart with a stew of endive fine but could use heat, that service and the wine was great.
