 Worthless business, no appointment can be made. Reigns no sense at all, not taking his phone, does not respond to emails ... overall LOOK BEYOND

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gebeld voor reparatie van voegwerk, waarop de heer Van Dijk mij te verstaan gaf dat hij met vakantie is en of ik foto's van het werk via de Whatsapp kan toesturen, wat ik vervolgens heb gedaan. Hij zou mij een week daarop bellen voor een afspraak om offerte op te maken, maar dat gebeurde niet. Daarom opnieuw gebeld, waarop hij reageerde dat hij nog met vakantie was. Week daarop weer gebeld, waarop hij zei dat het te wam was om langs te komen. Week daarop weer gebeld, waarop een afspraak is gemaakt voor de week daarna. De heer Van Dijk komt vervolgens niet op afspraak. Wanneer ik hem 75 minuten later telefonisch te pakken krijg, meldt hij dat hij niet meer langskomt en het reparatiewerk te weinig vindt voor wat het oplevert. Waardeloos!!!
Called for repair of jointing, whereupon Mr. Van Dijk informed me that he is on vacation and if I can send photos of the work via Whatsapp, which I then did. He would call me the following week for an appointment to make a quote, but that did not happen. Therefore called again, to which he replied that he was still on vacation. Called again the week after, to which he said it was too hot to come over. Called again the following week, after which an appointment was made for the following week. Mr Van Dijk subsequently does not come by appointment. When I get hold of him by phone 75 minutes later, he reports that he is no longer coming and finds the repair work too little for what it yields. Worthless!!!
