c	charlotte visser on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alleen maar lof voor de mensen die we over de vloer hebben gehad. Hadden hun materialen goed voor elkaar en wisten waar ze het over hadden. Ook later een keer stormschade netjes afgehandeld. Maar de binnendienst aldaar... Mijn hemel. Ik probeer al een jaar een antwoord te krijgen op mijn vraag naar het materiaal dat het mogelijk maakt hun rekening (lekkage in de keuken, kapotte leiding) bij onze verzekering in te dienen. Een dossier, zegmaar. Maar ondertussen heb ik wel de tweede herinnering ontvangen. Nou, mochten ze een deurwaarder sturen: mijn dossier is groter! Only praise for the people we have visited. Had their materials well organized and knew what they were talking about. Storm damage was also neatly dealt with later. But the office staff there ... My goodness. I have been trying for a year to get an answer to my question about the material that makes it possible to submit their bill (leak in the kitchen, broken pipe) to our insurance policy. A file, say. But in the meantime I have received the second reminder. Well, if they could send a bailiff: my file is bigger!

P	P. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11-02-2021 Personeel parkeert op de plekken voor de taxi. Staat op het terrein bij de ingang te roken daar waar roken niet is toegestaan. Geen reclame voor het bedrijf. Ze waren aan jet werk bij Groot Klimmendaal in Arnhem. 11-02-2021 Staff parks at the places in front of the taxi. Is on the site to smoke at the entrance where smoking is not allowed. No advertising for the company. They were working at Groot Klimmendaal in Arnhem.
B	Bike Dragon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nooit meer! Beloven 10x je terug te bellen en geen van de 10x bellen ze je terug.. week later nog steeds niet terug gebeld. En iedere keer sorry ja dit zus zo we bellen u morgen en dat dan gewoon 10x herhalen want alle 10x niet terug gebeld conform afspraak. Zeer teleurstellend bedrijf en zou het niemand aanraden. Never again! Promise to call you back 10 times and none of the 10 times they call you back .. still not called back a week later. And every time sorry yes this this way we will call you tomorrow and then just repeat it 10 times because all 10 times have not been called back as agreed. Very disappointing company and would not recommend to anyone.

Alles werd goed afgedekt en na afloop opgeruimd en namen alle afval mee. Keurig werk. An excellent contractor who could come quickly and did the job (replacing a ceiling of the dormer window). Everything was well covered and cleaned up afterwards and all waste was taken away. Neat work.
N	Nick van Keulen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ellende, 0 communicatie, zelf constant overal achteraan moeten bellen en als er dan na +- 3 weken een afspraak eindelijk ingepland word, krijgen we 5 minuten later een telefoontje om te melden dat het toch niet door kan gaan omdat andere mensen voorrang krijgen terwijl onze reparatie al 2 weken geleden gedaan had kunnen worden. De verzekering ook op de hoogte gesteld van de manier van werken van dit bedrijf. Puntje bij paaltje na 3,5 week nog steeds een gat in het dak van onze overkapping en geen oplossing. Bedankt Draisma, wij zullen in ieder geval in de toekomst nooit van jullie diensten gebruiken gaan maken! Reactie: Ons probleem is al sinds 31-1-22 aangekaart ver voor de stormen van afgelopen dagen, het probleem had allang opgelost kunnen zijn beetje apart om dit nu als excuus te gebruiken. Trouble, 0 communication, constantly having to call everywhere at the back and when an appointment is finally scheduled after +- 3 weeks, we receive a call 5 minutes later to report that it can't go on after all because other people get priority while our repair is already underway Could have been done 2 weeks ago. The insurance also informed of the way of working of this company. After 3.5 weeks, there is still a hole in the roof of our roof and no solution. Thank you Draisma, we will in any case never use your services in the future! Response: Our problem has been raised since January 31st, 22nd way before the storms of the past few days, the problem could have been solved long ago, a bit odd to use this as an excuse now.
