Een kleine greep uit de problemen: - Misleiding met SWK garantie door op slinkse wijze verkrijgen van '2de handtekening', zonder dat gebreken opgelost zijn. - Cementspetters en grote vlek op voorgevel dat niet opgepakt wordt als gebrek. - Opnieuw metselen van scheef gemetseld gedeelte van een buitenmuur is gedaan met een andere kleur stenen dan de originele (gelukkig later wel opgelost, maar geeft een indruk over de motivatie van hun werknemers en de kwaliteit van het werk). - Ongemonteerde dakpannen die verschuiven (waar we later na oplevering achterkwamen) niet herstellen onder Garantie. - Voordeur binnen 6jaar kapot (houtrot), overigens bij het gehele rijtje. Als je als optie jou badkamer/toilet via hun laat doen dan gaat het 100 % niet goed, je gaat er spijt van krijgen omdat zij een ZZP-er (beunhaas) met zijn zoon ingehuurd hebben die helemaal niet kan tegelen, het tegelwerk is heeeel slecht, alles is verkeerd aangelegd. Bijna alle kopers klagen hierover van Haags Buiten. De begeleiders van ABB bouw die toegewezen zijn tijdens de bouw hebben ook geen verstand van meer en minder werk als optie (dan kan liever een kind van 4 jaar jou laten begeleiden). Sorry maar met mij nog andere kopers hebben er spijt van met aankoop van deze woningen. Tijdens oplevering kom je de foute punten niet tegen. Als je eenmaal gaat inrichten dan komen de punten naar voren. Dus 2 weken lang niemand die de storingen in behandeling kon nemen. Op een gegeven moment werd het systeem en de onderhoud ervan overgedragen aan Klimaatgarant. Tot op heden werkt het systeem niet naar behoren. Warm water voor 3 personen voor een gezin van 5! 5 minuten per persoon douchen. Terwijl je meer mag verwachten van 350 liter boiler capaciteit!. 26-2 storing doorgeven en tot op heden geen enkele oplossing. Nee. Nooit meer in zee met dit bedrijf en de constructie met Klimaatgarant! Poor communication throughout the purchase process. Upon completion, heating and solar panels were not working. De verhuurder had alleen interesse in de huuropbrengst. Dit terwijl ABB de capaciteit heeft om een huis te onderhouden. ABB heeft zich opgesteld als een ordinaire huisjesmelker. Nooit is er enig belangstelling geweest voor de staat van onderhoud. Bah, echt a sociaal. De waarde van ons huis is hierdoor achteruit gegaan.
