Fijn dus dat we een goed alternatief hadden. Had appointments in showroom and here at home. Quotation would be made, but nothing more was heard from. Despite email requesting contact. So it's great that we had a good alternative.

Na een eerste badkamer in een vorige woning, welke qua afhandeling ook niet goed was verlopen heb ik ABC Badkamers een nieuwe kans gegeven en daarbij duidelijk aangegeven dat dit bij de tweede badkamer niet weer de bedoeling kan/mag zijn. Maar helaas stelt ABC Badkamers mij voor de tweede keer teleur. Ze denken mee over het e.e.a. Maar jammer genoeg niet juist. Mooie tegels verkopen, maar deze blijken [niet] te plaatsen zijn op muren waar bijvoorbeeld lichtschakelaars zitten of andere elementen. Verkeerde leveringen waarbij gemakkelijk de schuld in de schoenen van de leverancier wordt geschoven en men zijn handen het liefst hier niet aan vuil maakt. Telefoontjes worden niet beantwoord of er wordt beloofd terug te bellen. Nadat dit herhaaldelijk niet was gebeurt ben ik maar naar de winkel gereden om het e.e.a. te regelen. Een mooi eikenhouten meubel in je badkamer? Geen probleem. Maar deze mag niet nat worden en er mogen geen vochtige spullen op staan zo blijkt achteraf. Service heeft men nog nooit van gehoord. Zeker niet als je na het plaatsen van de badkamer nog de laatste puntjes op de 'i' gezet moet hebben. 2 simpele schapjes, 2 maal verkeerd geleverd. Verkeerde/geen montage voor de muur waarop het geplaatst moest worden en vervolgens in de verkeerde kleur. Het is nu nog steeds wachten op reactie van ABC Badkamers. De badkamer is eind september geplaatst en nu 5 maand verder is het nog niet rond. At ABC Bathrooms they have a wide selection. Wrong / no mounting for the wall on which it was to be placed and then in the wrong color. We are still waiting for a response from ABC Bathrooms. The bathroom was installed at the end of September and is now 5 months later.

Wel goed nakijken of datgene besteld wordt wat je voor ogen had, om de puntjes op de i te zetten. Een badkamer is een complex product. Het binnenwerk van een niet goed functionerende thermostaatkraan werd vlot en zonder problemen vervangen. Mooie badkamers voor een eerlijke prijs. Zeer tevreden over Rob van Zuuk die de installatie van de badkamer coördineert. Vakman als tegelzetter en perfectionist bij de uitvoering. Good experiences with this company. People take all the time to talk things through. Be sure to check carefully if what you had in mind is ordered to make sure that the details are up to date. A bathroom is a complex product. The interior of a malfunctioning thermostat valve was replaced quickly and without problems. Nice bathrooms for a fair price. Very satisfied with Rob van Zuuk who coordinates the installation of the bathroom. Craftsman as a tiler and perfectionist in the implementation.
K	Kristy Van Tongeren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In eerste instantie goed bedrijf, goede keuze en werden erg goed geholpen met de keuze van onze badkamer en toilet. Werden netjes gebeld dat alles geleverd was en dat de spullen bezorgd zouden worden door 1 van hun eigen mannen en of dan wouden komen betalen. Zo gezegd zo gedaan. Toen we eenmaal bezig waren met de badkamer bleek al snel dat er dingen niet goed waren.. te weinig afwerkstripjes of niet de goede.. Zelf komen omruilen en nieuwe bijhalen. Dit kwam dus bij de kosten op. Bleek dat bij onze dubbele wastafel maar 1 chiffon zat ipv. 2. Ook waren de afmeting van de wastafel, waar de afvoer en de water aansluiting moesten komen, een 'algemene' tekening van dit soort wasbak. Bleek dus niet goed te zitten. Fout van de leverancier, niet van hun. Na veel gemartel en gember een 2e chiffon op kunnen halen op hun kosten. De daarbij horende spiegelkast met verlichting bleken geen scharnieren bij te zitten.. o oeps moeten we bestellen snappen er niks van.. aldus.. fout van de leverancier. Eenmaal binnen waren het niet de goede. Daarna kwam de douchedeur. Die was goed opgemeten maar verkeerd geleverd en na 6 weken erachteraan bellen waar de goede bleef wordt die vandaag uiteindelijk geplaatst... blijkt weer niet goed te zijn. Daarnaast bleek de wasbak voor het toilet beneden niet de goede te zijn.. o ja dat kan, fout van de leverancier die hebben de code veranderd.. daarna nog 2 maal terug gegaan omdat de goede bak niet geleverd was.. ook zonder bevestigings materiaal en zonder water slang. Nouja dit hoorde er nooit bij aldus abc.. je koopt toch een complete badkamer neem ik aan?! Goede service in het bezig maar zodra je betaalt hebt doen hun niks verkeerd en is het altijd de fout van de leveranciers.. terug bellen? Nooit.. we hebben er zelf zovaak achteraan gebeld en er.wordt dan steeds gezegd van ja het is zo druk en als we iedereen moeten bellen steeds dan moeten we extra personeel aannemen. De eerste afspraak was begin mei dit jaar. 1x maar nooit weer! Initially good company, good choice and were helped very well with the choice of our bathroom and toilet. Then came the shower door. That was well measured but delivered incorrectly and after 6 weeks of calling where the good stayed, which is finally placed today ... turns out not to be good. In addition, the sink for the downstairs toilet turned out not to be the right one .. oh yes that is possible, error of the supplier who changed the code .. then went back 2 more times because the good basin was not delivered .. also without mounting material and without water hose. Well this was never part of this according to ABC .. you still buy a complete bathroom I assume ?! Good service in the process but once you have paid their nothing wrong and it is always the fault of the suppliers .. call back? Never .. we have called it back so many times and it is always said yes it is so busy and if we have to call everyone, we have to hire extra staff. The first appointment was at the beginning of May this year. 1x but never again!
