★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super fijne en persoonlijke begeleiding. Astrid motiveert je echt om je doel waar te kunnen maken. Met haar begeleiding ben ik in een half jaar tijd 13 kilo afgevallen. Mijn kijk op eten is veranderd en kies vaak voor gezondere dingen, maar op zijn tijd geniet ik ook van iets lekkers. Waardoor het makkelijk vol te houden is. Zonder haar was het mij nooit gelukt.
 Super nice and personal guidance. Astrid really motivates you to achieve your goal. With her guidance I have lost 13 kilos in six months. My view on food has changed and I often opt for healthier things, but every now and then I also enjoy something tasty. Which makes it easy to maintain. I could never have done it without her.
