Zeer ontevreden over de service die ik gister kreeg in dit filiaal. Ik had geen identifier nodig maar had deze niet bij me. Ik vroeg de medewerkster mij er een te geven of verkopen. Dit was niet mogelijk, deze konden besteld worden en hebben een levertijd van een dag. Ik kon ter plekke natuurlijk wel gebruik maken van de voltallig aanwezige identifiers (!). Dat had geen zin de computers geblockt zijn voor vrijwel alle websites. Ik verwacht als goede klant van abn amro dat er op een dergelijk moment een oplossing wordt bedacht. Bv 1 van de 10 aanwezige identifiers aan mij meegeven en zelf een nieuwe bestellen. Ik ga de komende tijd een bank uitzoeken die mij wel de onvoorwaardelijke service biedt die ik zoek.
Very dissatisfied with the service I received yesterday at this branch. I didn't need an identifier but didn't have it with me. I asked the employee to give me or sell one. This was not possible, they could be ordered and have a delivery time of one day. I could of course make use of the identifiers (!) Present on site. That made no sense the computers were blocked for almost all websites. As a good customer of abn amro, I expect a solution to be found at such a moment. Eg give me 1 of the 10 identifiers present and order a new one yourself. In the near future I will be looking for a bank that will offer me the unconditional service that I am looking for.

Kom je er speciaal naar toe om geld te storten geeft het apparaat een melding "storten niet mogelijk" nergens een reden waarom het niet kan en geen personeel in de buurt. ??
If you come especially to deposit money, the device gives a message "deposit not possible" nowhere a reason why it is not possible and no staff nearby. ??

Ook enorm onbeschoft behandeld door de medewerker van de bank. Hoe durven ze hun klanten zo beroerd te behandelen..zonder ons geen geld op de bank, en zei dus geen werk. Maakt eigenlijk toch niet uit wand het zijn nu ook al een stelletje nietsnutten!!! ? ps niet allemaal.
Also treated extremely rude by the bank employee. How dare they treat their customers so badly ... without us no money in the bank, so no work. It doesn't really matter, they are already a bunch of good-for-nothing! ? ps not all.

Pinmaatje al vanaf vrijdag in storing slechte werken geldautomaat of je kunt geen geld storten om dat die vol zit of storing slecht geregeld kan beter
Pin buddy has been malfunctioning since Friday, bad working ATM or you can't deposit money because it is full or malfunction can be better arranged

I had a very negative experience recently with the branch employees, complete ignorance and unwillingness to support. I like ABN service in general, but I will not go back to this office again.

Very rude service, went in there to open an account as my morgage advisor suggested abn-amro as the best morgage offer for our needs. Arrived half an hour before closing time as they are only open until 18:00 so you have to leave work early to get there. Upon greeted by someone I told I would like to open an account the person looked at her watch, already indicating that we are “late”. Then another person came by, no hello, good afternoon or anything, just “follow me”. He told that opening an account takes at least! 45 min and we have to make an appointment, which is not possible for another week for something so simple or only during the day when obviously everyone else is working. Absolutely no customer friendly attitude. I wonder when banks realize that what they are a service provider and should start acting like one. I would definitely stay with ING where I never had a remotely similar experience in the past 5 years.
