★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Onaangenaam binnenkomst bij dit filiaal. Ruimte was leeg. De receptie blijft bij binnenkomst stug doorgaan met hun het werk, en draait zelfs de rug naar je toe, zonder dat er een woord afkomt. "Goedemiddag, ik kom zo bij u", was op zijn minst netjes geweest. Na enige tijd mocht ik plaatsnemen, met zicht op de receptie, en viel mij op dat dit vaste praktijk was. Lesje hospitality is een aanrader. Verder veel te lang moeten wachten.
Unpleasant entry to this branch. Space was empty. The reception continues to work steadily on entering, and even turns its back on you, without a word coming. "Good afternoon, I'll be with you soon", would have been nice to say the least. After a while I was allowed to take a seat, with a view of the reception, and I noticed that this was regular practice. Hospitality lesson is recommended. Furthermore, have to wait too long.
