Large couch. Lots of staff. ATM close outside. Debit / deposit indoors is possible. Sometimes long queues.

Enige verbeterpuntje wat ik mee gemaakt heb is dat er bij het verpakt storten regelmatig geen bonnetje uitkwam. Dit zou niet door het personeel zelf vervangen kunnen worden. Erg vervelend met evenementen.
Friendly staff.
The only point of improvement that I experienced is that there was no regular receipt for packaged landfill. This could not be replaced by the staff themselves. Very annoying with events.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personeel is 3x niks en denkt meer te weten da klantenservice die gespecialiseerd is in je betreffende vraag. Heel arrogant met een agressieve toon en niet mee denken, echt spijt dat ik hier een rekening heb geopend!
Het kleine dikke meiske met zwarte krullentje kan maar beter gaan werken in iets waarbij je geen klanten hoeft te helpen. Heb medelijden met zowel klanten als collega’s.
Staff is 3x nothing and thinks they know more about customer service that specializes in your particular question. Very arrogant with an aggressive tone and not thinking along, really sorry that I opened an account here!
The chubby little girl with black curly hair better start working in something where you don't have to help customers. Feel sorry for both customers and colleagues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience was really bad. Not recomendable for foreigners. Not clear instructions, some employees don´t speak clear english, they make things complicated, you receive different instructions for same procedures,
Luckily I won´t be their customer anymore.
If you are a foreigner I recommend you to choose other options.
