★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drie geldautomaten in het winkelcentrum Bijlmerplein, waarvan er twee buiten werking zijn.. Dan staat er gelijk een rij van 20 man/vrouw.
 Three ATMs in the Bijlmerplein shopping center, two of which are out of order. Then there is immediately a line of 20 men/women.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited there for statement of proof of financial, when the lady looked at my account she ironically mentioned how much I do have in my account which is super unprofessional and rude, in the end she gave me my transactions which I could have printed myself for previous month, she had one job to do!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seriously, my tram was delayed for 40min and just didn't come. I took the via and got there 1hr after my appointment. They wouldn't let me open bank account even though it's not crowded and there are lots of people in the office didn't do anything. Not sure if this is just a Dutch thing or bank in general because all the banks in the US work very efficient and don't need to set appointment and wait for so long to open a free student bank account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consistently refuse to take cash deposits for ABN Amro accounts, despite being shown their web site where it states they do.
More interested in chatting amongst them selves, staff are arrogant and rude and spend most of the time chatting to themselves.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last time I visited ABN Amro Diemen a year ago. The young lady who was assisting me was VERY arrogant and rude. Disgusting behaviour. Unprofeccional customer survice. After this visit I closed my account in ABN and moved to ING.
