★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Als je binnenkomt wordt je gelijk te woord gestaan, maar daarna wordt je een lange lange tijd aan je lot overgelaten. Personeel is alleen maar aan het heen en weer wandelen, waardoor je de indruk krijgt dat ze niks te doen hebben. Bij klacht dat het allemaal wel erg lang duurt onvriendelijk te woord gestaan.
