About Abortuskliniek Amsterdam
Abortusklinieken Haarlem & Amsterdam is een samenwerkingsverband van Beahuis & Bloemenhovekliniek en Abortuskliniek Amsterdam. De organisatie omvat twee klinieken die gevestigd zijn in regio Haarlem (Heemstede) en in Amsterdam Oost. Wij bestaan sinds 1971 en staan bekend om gespecialiseerde hulp bij ongewenste zwangerschap in het eerste en tweede trimester ( tot 22 weken zwangerschap).
Missie en visie
De vrouwen die onze hulp inroepen bieden wij informatie, behandeling en nazorg aan. Daarmee willen we bereiken dat er niet alleen voor de korte termijn oplossingen worden geboden, maar dat vrouwen ook hulp krijgen bij het voorkomen van nieuwe ongewenste zwangerschappen.
Wij zijn aangesloten bij de Nederlandse Vereniging van Ziekenhuizen (NVZ). Verder zijn we medeoprichter van de Europese federatie van medewerkers in de abortushulpverlening en contraceptie (FIAPAC). Het bestuur en de directie werken volgens de Zorgbrede Governancecode, waarin de regels voor goed bestuur, toezicht en verantwoording zijn vastgelegd.
Team
Tijdens je verblijf in onze klinieken staat er een team van deskundige en ervaren artsen, verpleegkundigen en andere medewerkers voor je klaar. Al onze artsen hebben de opleiding tot abortusarts gevolgd en scholen zich jaarlijks bij. Zij werken volgens de nieuwste inzichten en methoden waardoor je er zeker van kunt zijn dat je behandeling veilig en vlot verloopt. Onze verpleegkundigen bereiden je voor op je behandeling, assisteren de artsen en verzorgen en begeleiden je als je uit de behandeling komt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very kind people. Discreet, clean professional clinic. Wonderful service. We could not have had better care, all the nurses and doctors were fabulous. So kind, reassuring and not judgemental. The treatment went well and we felt we were in good hands. It is in a good residential neighbourhood very safe and clean.
The picture of the outside of the building on google earth, does not reflect the nice atmosphere of the neighbourhood or the inside of the clinic which is much better than it looks from google street view, it is just across the zoo and in a nice residential safe neighbourhood.
They are used to taking patients from other countries and speak English, French, German. Depending on the term they give you a sleeping pill so you are not awake during the procedure. We arrived at 8am and were able to leave at noon. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ last year in May I was in the clinic and had an abortion. I can't say anything bad about the operation itself or about the behavior of the staff, but the gynecologists gave me the absurd advice to put on a IUD (spiral) immediately after the abortion (took 1 hour to explain and convince me that this is the best solution) !!! I have been suffering from abnormal pain for seven months and I have visited 10 doctors and about 15 tests (I had a headache, eye problems, intestines) until I find out that the culprit is the IUD, after serious severe ovarian cysts have started to form ... I am now on antibiotics and I am expected to do so within 5 weeks until all the slop, the misery that has accumulated during the abortion and after it has expired (really nasty thing)!!! Never believe the advice of doctors there, for 100 € they are ready to cause you huge health problems!!!

A few years ago I was offended by a nhs nurse who said I was too thin to have good ovaries and to have children. I got pregnant to check if my ovaries are good. It turned out that after a month I was pregnant, ultrasound in 4 months showed that it was a healthy fetus, a boy. I decided to have an abortion. I went to the Netherlands because it was too late for an abortion in the EU. I recommend the clinic in Amsterdam to everyone. Very professional and friendly to young girls. My abortion was painless, and after a month I was able to return to my normal sex life. I've never had complications and I've always felt good. Gynecologists say that it is impossible to recognize that there was an abortion. Thank you very much for a good job, Amsterdam!
