★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schoenen gekocht, waren te groot. Deze retour gestuurd (op eigen kosten). Maatje kleiner besteld, deze pasten wederom niet. Gevraagd of ik langs kon komen om te wisselen, was niet mogelijk. Moest weer retour sturen (op eigen kosten). Wilde m'n geld retour hebben, maar na pushen wilde ze me weer een andere maat sturen. Paste weer niet goed. Moest ik de schoenen weer retour sturen (op eigen kosten). Toen werd ook de communicatie slecht, niet meer reageren op mails. Na veel zeuren eindelijk geld retour gestort gekregen - €4,95. Ze konden mij niet uitleggen waarom ik dit niet terug kreeg. Vreemde gang van zaken wat allemaal veel tijd en moeite (en geld) heeft gekost.
 Bought shoes were too big. This will be returned (at your own expense). Ordered a size smaller, they did not fit. Asked if I could come by to change, was not possible. Had to send back again (at own expense). Wanted my money back but after pushing she wanted to send me another size. Didn't fit well again. Did I have to return the shoes (at my own expense). Then communication also became bad, no longer responding to emails. After much nagging, money was finally refunded - €4.95. They couldn't explain to me why I didn't get this back. Strange course of events that all cost a lot of time and effort (and money).
