Found them quite professional with very good service

I got hit by a scooter causing a big dent in the rear right of my car and a small dent in the door. This is what happened: 1. They repainted the front right door but they didn't fix the dent, when I asked why they painted the door if they weren't thinking about fixing the dent they told me that because of color matching... well they should paint the whole car in that case not just a door 2. They vacuumed the car with a vacuum cleaner that I guess have an old filter or something, the smell was terrible like an old rug from some heavy smoker. They only vacuumed the front of the car, in the back they decided to shake the cover that I have for my dog in the rear seat, and it is usually full of sand, leaving sand everywhere. You can see in one of the pictures how my car looks like. 3. They broke the handbrake lever, it was obvious that it was broken and they tried to put it back pretending that it wasn't but it was obviously broken, I'm completely sure that it wasn't. You can see in one of the pictures how the handbreak level looks like 4. I had to go there to show the handbrake lever to them because they decided that gaslighting telling me that it was already broken was the best way to go. This is a 30 euros, I don't really care about it, I already ordered it from Mini. The only thing I wanted was for them to recognise it and an apology for trying to gaslight me. Well, they decided to threat me with "if you continue to blame us we will have to call the expert and charge you 400 euros". Seriously? for a stupid piece of plastic? 5. His answer while getting into my car to "Could you please put a mask?" was, "Yes, that something I could do" and he continued to ignore me touching everything inside my car and talking to his college from it. Nobody was wearing a mask or keeping the distance in the garage, this is a car that I usually use to go with elder people, they are putting them and me in risk with this aptitude. I feel very sad about this situation, I wasn't expecting this.
