De autoruit werd snel besteld en de auto kon de volgende dag worden opgehaald. Ik had echter twijfel over de tint van de voorruit. "Heeft de ruit wel dezelfde tint?" vroeg ik mij af. Nadat ik contact had opgenomen ging ABS niet eens in verdediging en namen direct contact op met de ruitfabrikant en schaarden zich achter mijn argumenten. Dit vind ik het toppunt van het centraal stellen van de klant! In de tussentijd werden allerlei andere vragen van mij met interesse aangehoord en beantwoord. ABS Boekhorst Almere raad ik daarom aan iedereen aan die professionaliteit, zorg en klantvriendelijkheid hoog in het vaandel hebben staan.
